Some of you freaked out over the "shoulder" story because we didn't pursue it further with the hospital or doc. It's just sad that some people think they know more than doctors do! Because we did call the doctor, and as she guided us through what to do, Brooke then ate and took a very long nap and has not complained about it since. We did what we thought was best in the situation and if nothing else happened then obviously nothing was wrong and there was nothing else that could have been done for her. I am not defending us, just explaining what happened so you no longer have to (or choose to) think we are negligent parents.
For those who thought nothing of the story, you may disregard this post.

Jen, I'm sure you're a great mom! Staying with Brooke all the time like you do, you'd be the first to notice if she was acting like something was still bothering her. Just so you know, I didn't give the "shoulder incident" a second thought! :-) ~Lisa
Me neither!...(surprised to have to see an explanation.)
