For those of you who freaked out (explanation)

Some of you freaked out over the "shoulder" story because we didn't pursue it further with the hospital or doc. It's just sad that some people think they know more than doctors do! Because we did call the doctor, and as she guided us through what to do, Brooke then ate and took a very long nap and has not complained about it since. We did what we thought was best in the situation and if nothing else happened then obviously nothing was wrong and there was nothing else that could have been done for her. I am not defending us, just explaining what happened so you no longer have to (or choose to) think we are negligent parents.
For those who thought nothing of the story, you may disregard this post.

At least it hasn't been a whole week since I have posted on here! These are just different things that have been going on...we had our annual August "Simpson girls day". We've been doing it since I was engaged in 2005 and this year we added 2 more girls, Brooke and Trinity. :)

Brooke rolled over for the first time last week so I took pictures of her after she had rolled over so that is what those pictures are.

I'm also putting one of the group that I sing in, "Merry Hearts."

Yesterday Brooke and I went to a party for Veronica at Jessica's house so I am posting pictures of that too. We have been really busy with all the normal things going on--Nate with clubs, soulwinning and work as usual and me with teaching, Mary Kay and taking care of my husband, my baby and our house. :)

Nate bought Brookie this little cheerleader dress, isn't it adorable? I have to say she was a big hit at church last night. She is a true Texan and I want her to be proud of that fact. OK, I never thought I would say this, but I absolutely LOVE Texas!!! Sorry people!!! I am a true New Yorker at heart, but I really, really love this state!!! And I know Brooke will too :). We had this taken last night at our family night. Trinity Simpson is also pictured, you just can't see her yet because she is inside of Jo's tummy. :) In just 2 months she will make her appearance! We can't wait!

Hey Guys...

Here are some pictures I took today...they are so cute but of course I would say that, right? Sorry about the no clothes...we had come home from church and I took her clothes off to get ready for a nap. All of the sudden she started screaming and would not stop for 20 minutes...we called the doctor and figured out that something must have happened to her shoulder and Nate was able to adjust it a little and then she was fine. It was so scary though because she was screaming and crying and choking because she was crying so hard. So

of course I was crying! Thank the Lord that he made her all better. I was petrified! The other one is the other little girl who stayed at my house this week. Their brother came just for the last night they were here because he was crying because he missed them.

Well, I love you all as always and can't wait to see everyone at the end of this month!

What a Week!

Playing Dress up!

Sorry I haven't been on here in a while. This week has been the craziest ever of my life as I found out on Tuesday morning that I had been scammed $4,000 and my bank account was --$4000, meaning I owed the bank that much because I was given a fraudulent check. I have been to the bank, police and detectives and everyone is working to catch the person who did it (and he is still claiming it was a mistake, etc,) and it has involved a lot of time on my part! Anyway, it's been insane!

We are all getting a family picture taken tonight at Penny's so I will be able to post those when I get them in a couple weeks. We are all wearing light blue. We wore that on Sunday and everyone thought it was so cute so we decided to get our picture taken in blue and white!

I've been babysitting 2 girls from my church this week, ages 10 and 2. It's been really fun! They came on Sunday and are staying until next Sunday. I will post some pictures of us playing dress up in my wedding dress. That was fun and brought back a lot of memories!

Sorry I've been slacking off! Hopefully I will be able to post more pictures soon!
