Sorry Guys...

The cd she gave me with all the pictures is blank! I don't know what happend b/c she checked it before she gave it to me. We got a lot of good ones...I don't even know why I bought that stupid smile saver plan to Penny's cause I like her pictures way better! She pay's a lot more attention to detail, has nice poses, etc. Anyway, I'll post them when I get them and in the mean time I will do of few of my own when I have a chance (Right now I am decluttering my one junk counter in my kitchen. Imagine I don't have a junk drawer, so it's all on one counter and it was starting to look HORRIBLE! ... Anyway...)

I haven't forgotten about you! Today Kelly is taking us out to lunch and then taking pictures of Brooke and me. So I will post them. Kelly is known for taking HUNDREDS of pictures in a sitting, so you will have a lot to see I'm sure when I get home! :) PS She's taking me to an Italian restaurant...YUM...

Please excuse my hair..I had been cleaning all day and I look horrible but Brooke just looks so cute in this one that I had to post it!

This is Nate working at home. He is able to do that quite often now and it's really nice!

Things have been pretty busy around here for me. I've gotten several new piano students lately. I really love teaching and it keeps me challenged, too! I am looking forward to vacation, though...in NY! I can't wait! We are purchasing tickets soon. If Joe and Patti (my cousins) get married in August I might be coming then. We'll see. Anyway, here are some of the latest pictures. She's been spitting out her pacifier and sucking on her fingers/hands a lot more, especially to comfort herself when she does not want to go to bed :).

I finally captured some smiles!

Brooke has been smiling for a while now but never enough where I could get it on camera...today I thought I would give it a try and it worked! So here are her first smiles on camera...

Last night we went to a 25 year anniversary/vow renewal for Mike and Steph McDonald. They didn't have a "real" wedding when they got married so this was kind of like a wedding for them now. It was really sweet! Nate and I sang a song and he kept forgetting the words on this one part and by the end we were laughing and so was everyone else! And everyone clapped at the end...very embarrassing. Anyway, I am posting a few pictures of it. Enjoy. ~Jen

2 Months Old!

Today Brooklynne is 2 months old! How time flies by so fast! Just wanted to post a couple pictures of her on her 2 month birthday! Last night she moved into her crib :( I have been putting her in there for naps during the day and she wasn't settling down real good at night in the bassinet the last 2 nights so I moved her into her very own room in her crib and she went right to sleep. Of course I am SAD that she is no longer next to me in her little bassinet! :) Anyway...enjoy the pictures...

All grown up...

Her face is so funny!

The Ackleys bought Brookie this cutest little skirt and she wore it tonight to a girl party. :) She looked all cute and grown up in it! Can't believe that she will be 8 weeks tomorrow (Friday) ! Time flies by so fast! I did finally decide to get some pictures developed since Winkflash has them for 6 cents right now. Really good deal, so I went through my folders and picked a bunch out. I realized how much she has changed since the day she was born and I'm glad we've taken so many so that I won't forget how cute and tiny she was...:( Why do they grow so fast...

Tonight...

I will post some pictures tonight everyone. I know it's been a few days since I have and I need to get on the ball! Brooke has been having some stomach problems I think since last night and this morning. Last night she was spitting up a lot and this morning she is fussy and showing signs of an upset stomach. The only thing I can think that I ate differently was beans which I don't eat very often, so I won't do that again for a while and see what happens. :) Outside of that we are doing great! I haven't been outside as much as I would like to but that's just life. There is a 25 year vow renewal service coming up on Friday night and I am either playing or singing for all the music in it so we have been busy practicing that. Last night Joanna and I figured out chords to a song that she is singing that is pretty hard, but we did it. (By 11:30pm we were done :).

I guess you can tell she is the first kid! I haven't gotten any pictures developed yet, because I have not idea what I am going to do with photo albums full of baby pictures and I don't know which one's to get developed! I guess eventually I will pick some out from each month to put in an album, but for now I'm enjoying them on the computer. :) ~~Jen~~

Matching

Brooke and I were matching today with lime green. Anna got the outfit for Brooke when she was here and it's a preemie and it still fits her! Not for long though. The little dress part is already really short.

My cutie..once again!

Here's some I took today! Brookie loves her boppy pillow. When we put it in her bassinet for her to sleep in is when she started sleeping through the night. She doesn't really sleep in it at night anymore too much, but she still loves it during the day. That and her little swing.

Yesterday...

We went swimming at a family's house in the Spanish church that has a really nice private pool all fenced in and everything. We went with a few other ladies and our kids. It was great to be able to swim again finally after 6 weeks of not being able to! Thanks to all of you who view our blog and comment! I really appreciate it!
